As Speedy’s new President, he brings an unparalleled track record of scaling revenue from zero to hundreds of millions — and from hundreds of millions to billions — while engineering multiple high-value exits totaling more than $20 billion in enterprise value. His leadership will accelerate Speedy’s trajectory toward its projected IPO in October 2027, powering the rapid commercialization of the FPS flagship product and the most profitable franchise model in history.
In his role at Speedy, Peter is responsible for overseeing global growth strategy, marketing and digital transformation, investor relations support, strategic partnerships, and executive leadership of the company’s aggressive scaling initiatives. He is uniquely positioned to orchestrate the full-funnel, omnichannel go-to-market programs required to dominate markets at unprecedented speed and profitability — capabilities he has repeatedly demonstrated across multiple industries and continents.
Most recently, as Global Chief Marketing & Growth Officer, Fractional CMO, and Strategic Growth Partner at Gold Ventures (an incubator, accelerator, and private equity firm based in Miami, Florida), Peter has partnered directly with Daymond John and The Shark Group to develop disruptive exponential growth roadmaps, digital transformation programs, and marketing strategies for portfolio and client companies.
He has managed growth marketing budgets ranging from $10,000 per month to more than $400 million annually. Notable achievements include architecting and executing a ~$100 million marketing plan for a luxury brand that propelled revenue from approximately $115 million to $475 million in less than one year while directing global strategy and expansion. He also serves as a strategic advisor to AI think tanks, venture capital platforms (including Silicon Valley AI Think Tank and IVP.vc), and high-growth companies in FinTech, crypto, blockchain, AI, legal/professional services, real estate, security, and other sectors — consistently delivering 3x, 5x, and 10x growth rates in compressed timeframes.
Prior to Gold Ventures, Peter served as Global Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Digital Marketing Officer, and Head of Public Relations at Market America | SHOP.COM, a global eCommerce, CPG, and direct-selling powerhouse (March 2014 – November 2022). In this capacity, he designed and executed comprehensive global marketing roadmaps that delivered 5x revenue growth — scaling the business from approximately $400 million to more than $2 billion — while expanding market presence into over 170 countries and territories.
He built and mentored a high-performance global digital marketing team from 3 to more than 50 professionals, fostering a culture of real-time analytics, KPI transparency, and absolute accountability. Peter spearheaded omnichannel campaigns across SEM, SEO, CRO, social commerce, email, SMS, retargeting, and personalization, dramatically improving customer acquisition, retention, ROAS, CAC, and LTV. He launched and managed global marketplace programs on Amazon, eBay, Alibaba (China), Tmall Global, Shopee, and Lazada, achieving rapid and sustained international penetration. Additionally, he developed UX and brand positioning strategies for more than 40 websites across multiple languages and currencies, led high-profile corporate communications and media outreach (including events featuring A-list celebrities, athletes, entertainers, and influencers), and positioned the company to earn prestigious industry rankings such as Digital Commerce 360’s Top 100 Online Marketplaces and Newsweek’s Best Online Shops.
Earlier in his career, Peter founded and led The Gold Standard, an executive management and marketing consultancy where he advised private equity funds, hedge funds, investment banks, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, and family offices on high-growth digital marketing and eCommerce ventures. He architected digital transformation roadmaps that, in one notable CPG engagement, increased revenue from approximately $30 million to $100 million in just 90 days.
As Executive Vice President, General Manager, and Board Member at VegasInsider.com, Inc. and related companies, Peter drove 300% growth in advertising sales and 400% growth in eCommerce revenue — scaling from $0 to $500 million — while overseeing marketing, operations, branding, P&L management, and strategic partnerships. His leadership culminated in a highly successful $430 million exit. Previously, as Director/General Manager and Director of Business Development at CBS SportsLine.com, Inc. he led strategy, tactics, and execution for digital marketing, business development, sales, and operations across multiple subsidiaries, achieving exponential increases in revenue, market share, and customer base before successfully spinning out the division into the standalone VegasInsider.com entity.
Peter holds a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University Center at Binghamton (SUNY). He is an active board and community leader, including serving as Executive Committee Member of the Board of Directors for the Mount Sinai Medical Center Foundation and as a Board of Advisors and Committee Member (Finance, Athletic Steering, and Safety Committees) for Miami Country Day School.
Peter is also a Founding Member of the Board of Directors for the Irie Foundation, Peace For The Children Foundation, and The Consequences Foundation, and a graduate of the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation (Miami Division) Citizens’ Academy (Fall 2012 Class), where he continues to serve on the Digital Outreach Team and as a member of the FBI Miami Citizens’ Academy Alumni Association.
